Where?

I have a private practice in Manchesterl and see clients face-to-face, by telephone or Zoom. If you feel that I might be the right person, please don't hesitate to contact me via telephone or click here to email me.

Free Initial Consultation

I offer either a free 30 minute session or a full hour paid at half my normal fee, to allow you to meet me, discuss your needs and work out if I am the right therapist for you.

My fee for a full 60 minute session is £55 for individuals, and £75 for couples.

Cancellation Policy

I charge the full fee if you are unable to attend your appoinment without 48 hours’ notice. I will be as flexible as possible if you need to change your session in advance, although this may not always be possible.

How many sessions?

The number of sessions varies from person to person. Some people may only need a few sessions to resolve a particular issue and others may need a number of years. It is whatever suits your needs.

Endings

When you are ready to finish therapy it is often helpful to have a gradual ending over several weeks to consolidate the work, tie up any loose ends and bring closure to our therapeutic relationship. As a minimum I usually ask for one weeks notice when you are ready to leave.
