Psychotherapy & Counselling
It is my belief that human life finds its meaningfulness in relationship - whether that be with others, with nature or with ourselves. The “I -Thou” relationship between therapist and client contains mutuality, directness, presentness and transparency. Without such a distinct connection, I do not believe a client can undergo true change.
“We cannot see things as they are, for we are compelled.. to see things as we are.”
